CURTIS POND BUSINESS EXPO AND CRAFT SHOW
Saturday, September 27, 2008 The PARENTS CLUB OF CURTIS POND, in conjunction with the CPHOA SOCIAL COMMITTEE, will be having a Business Expo and Craft Show on Saturday, September 27, 2008 (rain date – Saturday, October 4, 2008) in the Curtis Pond Subdivision in Mooresville from 10: a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Vendor space is available for all business types, craft displays and sales, as well as food vendors. Each registered vendor will be provided a 10’ x 10’ space to display their products and services. Registration is open currently and will close on Monday, September 22, 2008. Payment must be received at the time of registration or a space will not be held. Only one (1) direct – sales, home –based business of each type will be accepted. DATE: Saturday, September 27, 2008 (Rain Date – Saturday, October 4, 2008) LOCATION: Curtis Pond Common Area TIME: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. VENDOR FEE: $10.00 (Curtis Pond Resident) $30.00 (Non-Resident & Food Vendors) DEADLINES: Registration must be completed by September 22, 2008 VENDOR SET UP BEGINS AT 8:00 AM ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2008 ? Display time is 10:00 a.m. – 4:00p.m. ? All vendors responsible for providing tables, chairs, tenting (if desired), tools and materials necessary for set-up and operation. ? Running water and electricity are not available ? Each vendor is responsible for the security and protection of all equipment and items. Please prepare accordingly as this is an outdoor event. ? Home-based Direct Sales Representatives – One (1) vendor area will be accepted from each direct-sales business on a first come basis, with preference to Curtis Pond residents prior to August 21st, as determined by receipt of registration and payment. ? Payment is required at time of application. No space will be held pending payment. ? Each space is 10’ x 10’. ? Door prizes/Raffles are strongly encouraged for all participants. ?
