§ Sponge/bucket race – Phase 1 will donate

§ Tattoos – Need donated

§ Sand Art – Need donated

§ Face Painting – Stephanie will donate

§ Cotton Candy Machine – all members to chip in

§ Pot luck dinner – Need donated

§ Use of Phase 1 common land –approved

§ Badminton game – Phase 1 to donate

§ Horse shoes – Phase 1 to donate

§ Sun Catcher Craft – Denise McCann donated

§ Pixy Sticks for concessions – Denise McCann donated

§ Water for concessions – Kim donated

Action Items:

§ Finalize location of this event if Phase 2-4 pool not being completed by June 28^th

§ Flyers created for notification for this event

§ Flyers printed for this event

§ Flyers distributed for this event

§ Determine the activities layout and time (unless its ongoing) for each event to take place

§ Set up volunteers

§ Collect monies to purchase cotton candy machine rental

§ Discuss findings of products/prices of all other items needing to be donated
